This was by far one of the more fun experiences I’ve had when it comes to researching a topic. I literally looked up at the time and 4 hours had passed as I was googling and reading about ketones. Like whaa? I love this kind of stuff.
Okay, so I’m absolutely not a “diet” person, I’m a believer in healthy meals using real food and whole ingredients. However, I had heard about this topic after reading about intermittent fasting and its benefits and how it kind of goes back to our caveman roots about having to go long periods without food, etc, etc. Ketones play a similar role to fasting along the lines of how they affect the body and actually play a fascinating (to me at least) role when it comes to using treating/fighting cancer and other diseases.
