I’ve read multiple articles, some against supplements and others 100% for it. Some say you get the vitamins/antioxidants you need from the good food you eat (and I totally agree!), and some will say that adding additional minerals to your diet can’t hurt you and can help those who might even be deficient despite a well balanced diet! It’s confusing…which is why I stick to some solid basics that I take about every other day. My motto is: If you have the ability to optimize your health and body’s essential functions to their fullest potential then why the hell not?

These are currently exactly what I take and nothing more. Mostly taken every other day right before bed, with some being exceptions:
